For accurate experiment results choose Acrylic Vacuum Chambers

Acrylic Vacuum chambers are mainly used in some vacuum experiments. This vacuum chamber is ideal for removing unwanted gas, biological test, material testing and other processes that required sustained low and intermediate vacuum desiccator cabinet.
Importance of Vacuum chamber:
  • This vacuum chamber is ideal for removing unwanted small parts and mixed liquids, general purpose vacuum experiments etc.
  • This vacuum chamber is ideal for transporting contamination and moisture-sensitive particles through it.
  • The reactions that take place are clearly visible in this vacuum chamber. Because it is made of transparent glass.
  • This vacuum chamber is made of O-ring seal which supports vacuum level down to 29.9”Hg.
  • 304 stainless steel, solvent welding, and chrome-plated hardware make a protective environment not to contaminate.
These are the importance of Acrylic Vacuum Chambers. All these factors make the vacuum chamber ideal for degassing operations, biological tests etc.

Features of Vacuum Chamber:

One-Inch wall thickness: These vacuum chambers maintain a one-inch wall thickness. It makes the chamber to sustain the full 29.9”Hg vacuum and chamber’s integrity. If walls are thin stress from the vacuum can damage the chamber. That’s why walls are made of one-inch thick.

Gauge and Metering Valves: Gauge of this vacuum chamber helps us to know the internal pressure of the chamber. Valves are helpful to get rid of something unwanted in the chamber.
By Gauge and valves can monitor the chamber’s condition.

Optional Burst Valve: This adjustable valve is helpful to limit the internal pressure in the vacuum chamber. When it is required to use, just check out the pressure gauge and tune the Burst valve.

Multipin Feed-Through: This Multipin is used for collecting samples within the vacuum chambers. By this Multipin, it will be easy to record the leak tests in the chamber automatically.

Coaxial SMA Feed-Through: This connector is an extra layer of material for interfacing electrical test. This option will be installed and 50 Ohm connectors are the best for this activity.

Electrode Feed-Through: This is a testing equipment to feed the vacuum chamber with power or data wiring. These optional feed through are sealed around the wires.

Inlaid O-Ring: This Inlaid O-Ring is a precision-routed channel sealed along the chamber perimeter. This makes to provide an ultra-low leak rate.

Available Glass Top: This glass top is for the optical testing and monitoring. But the glass top must be high clarity to ensure the optical testing and monitoring.

Vacuum Chamber Accessories:

Merging valve is two included above the chamber. These merging valves allow unwanted gases to expel out from the chamber before vacuum applied. Vacuum Gauge is used to sense the mercury level. It senses and indicates vacuum on 0-30”Hg scale. Vacuum safety Relief Valve this one is used to adjust the pressure level in the vacuum chamber. For full vacuum chambers, it will be placed above to maintain vacuum level to protect samples. Finally, Vacuum Chamber Glass Top this will be used for assigning valves and gauges to a side panel. Its main purposes include optical testing and monitoring.
